Having a clear, concise and thorough written plan for dealing with disability, death or simply being unavailable or out of the country is critical for a family's stability and success.  One of the responsibilities that I take very seriously is making sure that all of our clients have some sort of written plan of action in place in case unusual or unexpected circumstances occur.

 

This usually consists of a Living Trust, Durable Powers of Attorney, Medical Directives and Guardianship Directions for Minor Children.  We take pride in monitoring our clients' beneficiary designations and in ensuring that the titling on all of our clients' assets is consistent with their written estate plan.
