After growing up in Southwest Missouri, Katlin moved to Springfield, Missouri where she attended Missouri State University and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. After finishing school and living in Springfield for a couple of years, Katlin relocated to the St. Charles area with her husband, Garrett. Soon after moving to St. Charles, Garrett and Katlin adopted a kitten named Jasmine. Katlin enjoys hanging out with family, shopping, and reading.
Barbara Griffith
Client Implementation Manager
Barbara was born and raised in Perryville, Missouri and graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting. Barbara is primarily responsible for the firm's tax, accounting and financial projects and works closely with all of our clients on a regular basis. Barbara and her husband, Jason, have one son (Alex) and a dog (Bogie). Barbara enjoys shopping and spending time with her family.

Through a series of unique processes, we help our clients clarify what’s truly important to them and help them define and envision all of their significant wealth and life goals.
We then act as their “family wealth coach” to assist them in implementing all of the steps that are necessary to complete their financial action plan, to live their life in congruity with what’s most important to them, and ultimately, to achieve all of their wealth and life objectives.

Robert (Bob) Olsen
Founder and President
Bob is a veteran wealth advisor who has been serving private clients since 1980. He is the President and Founder of the Robert Olsen Wealth Group, a comprehensive, independent registered investment advisory firm. He holds an advanced academic degree in business, has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for more than 35 years, is a licensed insurance advisor and has also earned the prestigious Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. Bob is a frequent speaker and trainer on important financial topics and is also a noted writer and author of numerous books and publications. Bob currently lives in Ballwin, Missouri with his wife Amy.
